If you paid your dues and have not received a new membership card, then let us know. Email secretary@puyallupelks.org or call the lodge at 253-845-9515 and give us you name.
If you did not pay your dues, then call the lodge and we will be process your credit card information right over the phone. Remember, you cannot access any Elks lodge nationwide with an expired membership card.
