We sent out a survey a earlier this Fall and have compiled the results.

What Improvements Would You Like to See in Facilities?
- Building repairs and TV’s working
- Updated lighting, remodeled interior
- New ceiling, floors
- A new roof (this is in process!)

- Get bingo machine working
- Outside dining area in warm months
- Better bathrooms for camping. All day and night access to bathrooms and showers

Ideas for Lodge Activities
- Open every day
- Espresso machine, healthy beverages like non-alcoholic non-soda drinks
- Music at dinner time. Smaller tables in the dining room so if you show up with a table of two you don’t feel so isolated.
- More consistent in activities to keep people interested in coming back
- More youth and family-oriented activities
- Connect with and promote local businesspeople
- Open the lounge more days with limited food available such as deep-fried foods
- Movies, summer fairs/events outside, patio dining, a swap meet/ flea market, New Year’s dinner and dance
How to Improve Our Lodge
- Hire a cook, have better meals, serve better food
- Better dinner reservation system
- Better marketing
- Help people know how to get involved in volunteering
- Communicate better
- Greet newcomers and make them feel welcome
- Get more young people involved
